Pavlova

Hello everybody! Since Chef Lee pemalas and nak tunggu kena dethroned baru dia nak update, bak sini saya update dulu. Ok pavlova ni originates frm Australia. Basically it's just meringue, topped with whipped cream and fresh fruits. Tapi still sedappp. Wa tak tipu lu beb!

Ingredients:

4 egg whites
1 1/4 cup of caster sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon cornflour

Methods:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer sampai stiff.
  3. Add in the caster sugar sikit2. Jangan tuang sekali harung.
  4. Beat on high speed for 10minutes. Mesti kena 10minutes k?
  5. Mix together vinegar, vanilla essence and cornflour and add into the mixture. Beat for another 4minutes sampai jadi mcm ni.
6. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with wax paper and buat mcm bentuk cake.
7. Turn the oven's temperature down to 100°C and pop the baking tray in.
8. Bake for an hour and leave it in the oven to cool.
9. Dah sejuk, keluarkan and taruk whipped cream on top, susun strawberries or any fruits yang awak suka. Dah siap!!




Recipe ni macam a bit sweet la but bila makan dgn strawberries dia macam balance so sedap! Hehe. Luar dia crunchy and the inside macam marshmallow. Go try it. It's really easyyyy.
